Cogeto is proprietary software of MCTO Advisory d.o.o. What you buy is a licence to run it: managed by us in the EU, or installed inside your own walls under a commercial licence. It is the same engine either way, with nothing held back.
What a licence actually buys
The software is the smallest part of it. Organisations pay for operation, accountability, integration, and expertise, because nobody runs mission critical software alone.
Cogeto raises the stakes: an instance holds years of accumulated, verified institutional memory, so professional operation matters more every month it runs.

1. The pilot
Send us a document set; we deliver the signed findings report. Fixed scope, days not months. This is the first purchase.

We run it in the EU or deploy it on your servers: installation, updates, backups, monitoring, a signed DPA, and one person accountable. Four years of verified memory is not something you want on an unmaintained container.
3. Inside your walls
Self hosted and fully offline deployment, identity integration with your identity provider, mail routing, connectors to your systems, and local models served on your hardware so nothing ever leaves.
4. Tuned to your industry
Extraction and verification calibrated for your document class, a golden set built from your document types, and trust scores published for your exact configuration. Custom and local models where the material demands them. Measured accuracy on your documents is the part nobody can copy.
5. Assurance
Support with response times, answered security reviews, managed upgrades and migrations, training, and licence terms written for your legal posture.
Closed source, still checkable
Checkability is the product, and it does not depend on a public repository. Accuracy is measured against a hand labeled corpus and published every release, including the numbers that fall short of their targets. Every answer carries the source it came from. Deletion produces a signed receipt. Your export verifies without us.
And the code itself is not hidden from the people whose job it is to look: under licence, your security team reads the ingestion path, the access gates, and the egress seam during review, before a single document is sent anywhere.
- Visibility rules live inside the database queries, not in application code someone forgot to call
- No fact can exist without provenance; the span is a required field
- Deletion receipts are hash chained, so none can be altered or excised
- There is exactly one seam through which a model call can leave the instance
Nothing holds you in place
One click exports everything, facts, sources, history, relations, and receipts, in an open documented format that verifies outside Cogeto. If you leave, you leave with everything, provably intact.

Cogeto, its logo, and its visual identity are trademarks of MCTO Advisory d.o.o. A software licence grants no trademark licence, and no deployment may be presented as endorsed by or affiliated with us without written permission.
Third party components, honoured
The engine builds on third party software, each component under its own licence, and every release carries its software bill of materials. Those licences are respected in full and stated with the release.
